The FLIP project or the Future Leaders In Philanthropy project believes in the young talent pool and is 100 percent sure that they will become future leaders. This project is a platform for young people to showcase their talent for charity.

The FLIP project makes the young people brave enough to face their social responsibility by becoming actively involved in the various charitable projects. The FLIP project, which is a joint venture between Credit Suisse and Bonita trust, is mainly for the youth between the ages 16 and 19 who go to school in Gibraltar. Currently, FLIP is using innovative ideas to raise funds and work towards the welfare of the young people. When you are associated with FLIP, you will get to meet famous personalities who have an inclination towards charity. Using the popularity of such famous people, FLIP volunteers are propagating the news of charity events on a large scale. There is extensive traveling involved so, the volunteers of FLIP need to be mentally and physically prepared. FLIP organizes charity events on a small scale as well as on a large scale. If the charity fundraising activity is at a small scale, just a few members are needed to coordinate the activities. However, when the charity fundraising activities are held on a large scale, then several FLIP volunteers are needed. Coordination between the volunteers is very beneficial for any kind of charity fund raising activity.
